Secure the loss site. |

can perform a detailed physical inventory including pictures, model
numbers, serial numbers and any other information needed to document
the loss. |

Organize and clear the loss site, in preparation for
reopening or restoration including but not limited to: |

a.
|
Determining if there is any inventory,
fixtures or other items to salvage and a fair market vale of the
salvage. |

Act quickly to preserve and protect
the value of the inventory. |

|
|
| |
|
c.
|
In most cases we will make a fair
offer to by all salvage. |

|
|
| |
|
d.
|
Dispose of any inventory that has no
salvage value. |

|
| |
|
e.
|
Dispose of any building debris and
clean the site. |

|
| |
|
f.
|
Facilitate in the removal or
remediation of hazardous wastes or materials. |
